Simply amazing. I am very happy for you. 5 miles? Oh my, I am out of breath. Five miles is awesome. And how much were you able to walk your first day? It is so incredible how quickly you can build up endurance. 90 lbs is nothing to sneeze at either. Congratulations.

When I first started I couldn't get a half mile without my back aching. I stopped trying to walk much until I had lost about 50 lbs or so. Then I started on a 1.67 mile track doing it once. Then after a couple of weeks I added another lap and recently added another to make 3 laps my daily routine. It wasn't easy but now it seems I live to excercise.

Thanks Kent. I read your story back in January and it is what inspired me to get going on this. I hope I can have the success you have had.
