Yes I do work out, weight lifting 5 days a week and cardio 6 days a week for 30 min..I have so much that I still have to do, so expect major changes from now to end of august..Right now it's all about creating a well defined body..people are mainly focused on losing the weight which is good, but there forgetting about the muscle underneath, once you start to develop it's a beautiful thing. I love seeing my shoulders and my back now, especially since i'm starting to see the muscle form..it's great..start lifting ladies if you haven't...THE NEW ME SCULPTED, AND READY FOR MORE MUSCLE.. FITNESS COMPETITOR..
LEG PRESS-200LB, CALF RAISE 175- BICEPS 40LB- TRIC 30- DEAD LIFT 50LB, JUST AN IDEA OF WHAT IM LIFTING..

I'm trippin' off of your before, during and afters! You been in the cuts and just popped back on this board all hella sexymomma-like!! Those pics give me a lot of motivation! Also, I was wondering if you noticed (I'm sure you have) that your size 8 this time (black bikini) looks different than your size 8 (striped bikini) before pregnancy? Does weight training really do all that. Its so obvious that it does....
