      Thanks you guys... I was going to post a pic of Atkins without exercise... but it's hard to tell since the shirt's so baggy. This is *WHY* exercise is non-negotiable.

      Jess - I really do think Iowa was a *HUGE* step for me with all of this... and trying to keep up with all you runners.

          Wow!! it's like AWOL is the foutian of YOUTH!! each and every one of you look about 10 yrs younger in your afters! makes me a little nervous lol I am 26 but everyone tells me I look like I am 18. due to my chubby face I guess.. I hope Atkins does not make me look 12 lol. Good Job you look GREAT!!
