Watch out for added sugar even in "low carb" dressings. Balsamic vinegar is a no-no. I use oil and (white) vinegar, or chives and sour cream, or mustard and oil, or a little (fresh "squeezed") tomato juice with oil and vinegar to make French dressing--so much easier to track the ingredients when it's homeade and it's pretty stinkin easy to do (you don't have to make more than you need at the time).

I don't see any loss, but the scale is showing some loss and I'm in Ketosis so we'll see what the masses thinks 





....before you know it someone will be looking at your picks and saying WOW-OMG!!!
