We've got everything at home from an iron gym to a total gyn at the house, so I should be able to get my back fat under control! I guess I'll just have to start hanging on the iron gym and tryin to pull myself up, until I get it. So far, I've been attending an hour long weight lifting class, at least 3 times a week....and I do tons of deadlifts and dumb bell rows at home! Hopefully I'll start to see some progess soon...thanks for the feedback!
