    Had to show off the guns! I've been working on em hard!


    And I really like my booty in this pic hahahaha

    You look gorgeous. You have just encouraged me more than you will ever know. We are about the same heigth. My starting weight is close to what yours was. This makes me feel that my goal is possible. Thanks!

      Thank you so much for the compliments! You can do it! If I can do it, then anyone can!!! Atkins makes it so easy, never being hungry is a total bonus and eating things that would be considered cheating on a normal "diet" is awesome, just stay focused, you will be at goal b4 you know it!

          What booty? You don't have a booty!! Super awesome progress, what an inspiration you are.

          1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
          what the rungs mean to me:
          rung 1 - more veggies
          rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
          rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
          rung 4 - berries, melon
          rung 5 - wine -
          rung 6 - beans, hummus
          rung 7 - other fruits
          rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
          rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
          Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
          (on to pre-maintenance)

                    I am new here, but WTG!!!!!!! I personally love muscles & weightlifting, I used to compete in Fitness, so I HEART THE GYM!!
