I have a house in the US as I live there part of the year (depends where I'm working) but they won't accept my card online.

I may have to wait til I get back and get my new card and get it then.

OOOH but I got another fun exercize DVD - Salsacize! It's so much fun, I just got done test-running it hehe

Love Core Secrets, I got it at Target. It works places I wasn't aware I had! Also, I just got the Firm TransFIRMer set at Target. I like it so far.

I just got one of the new workout dvd's from jillian michaels--the female trainer from the Biggest Loser show. It's called The Biggest Winner-How to Win BY Losing. It's a mix of muscle work AND cardio...i watched it last night just to preview and boy does it look TOUGH...but in a good way...and she really seems to be good at pushing you through it.

I love that show and think she is great...she has gotten some very heavy people into awesome shape with the show...and I don;t doubt it based in what I saw in the video. She has 4 different ones-Shape Up Front, Shape Up Back, Cardio Kick Box, Maximize Front, and Maximize Back.

Steph, whatever you go for be sure you warm up and cool down properly. I do Curves three times a week and have small weights at home for the nights I'm not at Curves to be sure the body gets a decent workout. (Will be getting back into gear come Sunday as I'm all to pieces still after the holidays)

Stick some music on and bounce around the house!

Oh, btw, if you have a paypal account would the store you wanted to buy the Slim in 6 from take paypal? That might be one way round the card problem.
