    Okay,

    I'm getting on this weigh in Bus. Need some motivation. I'm in that yo-yo phase. I was so happy to see 170 and can't break below it. Drinking 110 ounces of water a day. Exercising 2 to 3 times a day at minimum of 30 minutes and being a good girl as far as eating is concerned. I'm approaching TOM. Last week I weighed in at the Gym (those heavy mean scales) and I was actually at 169.5 (Rejoice) . But this morning 173. Bleh!!!

      Finally made it to 160. This is my weight when I fell off the wagon in October. l lb. loss for the week.

        Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
        On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
        Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
        Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

          Havent weighed in 2 weeks but was happy my scale read 198lbs this morning.
          Welcome to onderland.Took a while but finally got there.
          So its 2.5lbs lost this week.YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

            but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                              Aww thank you. I love the week after TOM, 4lbs is alot! Altho its propably water weight.

                              I'm sorry Bonnie.....me thinks u should stay away from this thread for a while! Actually no, cos u can still congratulate us on our losses!
