I'm getting on this weigh in Bus. Need some motivation. I'm in that yo-yo phase. I was so happy to see 170 and can't break below it. Drinking 110 ounces of water a day. Exercising 2 to 3 times a day at minimum of 30 minutes and being a good girl as far as eating is concerned. I'm approaching TOM. Last week I weighed in at the Gym (those heavy mean scales)
and I was actually at 169.5 (Rejoice)
. But this morning 173. Bleh!!!

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
