    Being curious is an awesome thing. So many of us are curious about so many things, that's why ADBB has a million question being posted.

    I don't think it was the question that was the problem, I think it was the way you went about asking it. The way you addressed, it didn't even seem you had asked a question. The way that you came across was rude and offended me personally and I don't even eat Low fat. You are obviously smart enough to read the book and understand the concept of Atkins, so I just don't understand how you could have thought you had been doing something innocent. I don't buy it. You know what you wrote, you know how you wrote it, and I just don't think it was right.

    I am going to just leave this thread alone entirely b/c the question/debate about low fat/high fat diets is no longer the issue here anymore. It's about the attitude. And I didn't join ADBB for that. I am here to learn and help others understand.

      Chrisie20 when you see the 800 cals in their fitday flip back a page and see what they did the day before and 2 days ago before you worry about them doing low cal low carb. Also with the time difference they may only have 2 meals posted when you view it.
      Someone posted late to a prot4in topic and stated "I don't see anything wrong with your amounts and don't know why they told you you had a problem" but of course the poster was looking at the fitday over 3 weeks after the original post and the eater had of course corrected the problem by then.

      you got to be nicer to the new folk and tell them when they post a redundant topic that using the search feature of ADBB will help them find already existing topics about the issue they have questions about and they can read those first and then if the information in those topics still doesn't answer their question they can post it in the already existing topic.

      we feed our hunger and if it takes 800 today and 20000 tomorrow then that is the correct way for people to do Atkins. Everybody has seen a picky toddler eat. they barely eat for a few days and then scarf down so much food you wonder where they are putting it. then they go back to being a picky eater and you think they will stave to death or stunt their grown. they don't cause they are feeding their hunger. something most of us forgot about as we were encouraged to clean our plates. Now is the time to unlearn that and go back to being a picky toddler and feed only that hunger.

          You know I don't care what anyone says, that is just mean I am not the one eing mean here you should be the one to check a little bit more about me before you stat saying I have a attitude I really don't give a crap what you buy...You know you make me just want to quit ADBB all together and there are some really nice people here, but if there are people like you here than I am not sure if this is truly the right place for me

            You know what you are are grown woman and if you want to post your opinion w/ an attitude, fine. Be my guest. But don't act all suprised when people respond. You are entitled to your opinion, as I am entitled to mine.

            Re-Read your first post and tell me that you didn't come across the least bit with a condecending attitude directed toward a FEW PEOPLE who you refuse to take this up with. That's childish, IMO. You don't understand why someone made the choice they did, so no, lets not be a civilized adult and ask them, lets make one Big Fat general statement that solves nothing. Great Plan. And as we can both see, it solved absoloutely nothing.

            This is beyond rediculous now. If you are going to leave ADBB simply because you don't like me based on a few posts, then so be it. I would never leave ADBB b/c I don't agree with your attitude or "question". I just answered one of your other posts for goodness sake! It is not nearly as serious as you are making it out to be. Their is no need to leave a wonderful place such as ADBB. Like me or not, even if their are a ton of people on here just like me, you can learn something here. If you want to throw that away that's your decision, but don't pin that one on me.

            And I truly don't understand why the comment "but if there are people like you" was necessary. Their is nothing wrong with my character or the person that I am. I simply was honest with you. I gave you some information as well.

            Attacking someone's character is not neccessary.

              ok, time to lock this thread. Let's move on and work our Atkins. Let's support each other and "pay it forward". Let's agree to disagree and maintain the respect we all have for each other as we continue on our Atkins Journey.
