                                      Cabbage Cassarole:

                                      1 pound of extralean ground beef (I like the taste better)...cooked well...add
                                      2 cups of shredded cabbage...and
                                      1/2 cup of chopped onion....and
                                      1/4 of a bell pepper, chopped, and
                                      Seasoning & Dash of Garlic Powder...and
                                      1 can of roasted, diced tomatoes....cook until a cabbage and onions are a little see through and just starting to get soft.

                                      Put in an 8X8 sprayed pan, add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and bake at 375 (degrees) for 20-25 minutes.

                                      Should be 6 servings.


                                      I lived 9 years in Ohio...near the Amish country (okay an hour away), but we enjoyed some awesome foods and how to use cabbage in dishes

                                              Nice cabbage casserole. Too bad I dont cook much or I would make that then spend some time with my friends in an air tight locked room muahahaha.
