                            Yum! I missed a lot last nite and this a.m.

                            Heidi, can you share the bean sprout salad recipe. There was one I used to eat when I lived in Japan but unfortunatley never learned how to make it. I know it had sesame oil and sesame seeds but beyond that I have no clue. That one you made looks so yummy!

                                Mogs it is soybean sprouts, steamed for just a few min until crisp tender then toss while warm in a mix to your own taste of sesame oil toasted sesame seeds, chile, fresh grated ginger..garlic and green onion ...mix well and season with a few dashes of soy sauce...it is one of my favorite veggie dishes actually

                                        (Modified OWL-moving up rungs for convenience when travelling, keeping carbs moderate)
                                        Foods I cannot have-
                                        Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
                                        spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous
