Cool. I don't belong to Sam's, wonder if the ones I have access to would work? It sure looks yummy.

Oh, is imageshack.us a free site? Maybe I'll check it out if it is.

No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

I tried it, it said this

The file you attempted to upload is 2280 kilobytes.

Please use a third party resize tool such as the Microsoft Image Resizer to resize the file so that it is less than 1500 kilobytes.

Bummer, Photobucket doesn't make me do that. And I had asked it to resize the pic too.

The recipe for the garlic flax crackers is Megs version with garlic powder in it and sprinkled on top with a little salt. I have also started to at a pinch baking powder to it to add a little leavening.
The cilantro spread was a "winging it" recipe. So it was sour cream, cream cheese, fresh chopped cilantro, probably a little onion powder and lemon or lime juice, pinch of salt. Could possible have had a white from a boiled egg, finely diced. Maybe finely diced vidalia onion. Hope that helps.

Ahh yeah, I forgot about that. I always end up resizing my pics a little. Sorry.

Oh no need to be sorry. Its just that that means a whole nother step before I can down load them, I was hoping for a simplier process to use at home - My computer there is so old and slow it takes me forever to download pics, but if I have to add another step it will take me even longer.

LOL, we're working on that, I have Barb on the project! Its not supposed to be that soupy, I think I should have squeezed the spinach and used more xantham gum, it was my first time using the xantham and I was a little afraid of putting too much, so I think I erred on the side of caution...

Anyway, the recipe is over in the cooking chat, maybe you can help us on the development of a thicker sauce too! BTW, the flavor ROCKED and when I reheated it it was much thicker, in fact I have the last serving of it for lunch today!

I'm not sure what's in the recipe, but I read somewhere that a good way to thicken sauce or soup is to puree' (did I spell that right?) veggies in a blender and add them to the sauce.

Can't do it on induction but my grandma used to even thicken her chili with shredded carrots. My grandpa swore he hated carrots and I think she liked sneaking them in!
