WHAT a great THREAD I ahve to Say Betty and Heidi have always been tramendous inspirations to me cheering me on getting my ars going when I don't wanna go any more. I really can not wait until Betty gets her belly button pierced ..you know part of my reward was my tattoo there is something so nice about adding art to finish the work you have put into your body

Its really gonna happen cuz I want to show it off ... some folk tell me I'm too old....I think they're just jealous!! Hey, what's age got to do with it anyhow??? Is it my fault I didn't get ripped abs until age 47?? Its not like it JUST HAPPENED ya know!!!

U know, after my binge on my holiday, I've felt pretty cr*p about this whole WOE and how I havent got anywhere. I've lost 8lbs since I restarted and I'm only a few lbs away from where I was before my holiday. I just want to get somewhere new on the scales. Hopefully that will change in a few weeks time!

Thank you for bumping this up. Its made me feel that I've come this far, it would be stupid to give up now. I've still got a good way to go but I want to get there if I want to be pretty and slim and sexy.

Come on everyone, we can do this!

I miss my Heidi. Whoever scared her away is really mean. I hope one day she will come back.
