Yeah, at home (with all the recipes, I should start carrying them around), let's see if I can remember this one since I still owe Heidi my Thai meatball recipe.

              Brie Quiche
              Serves: Ten

              Ingredients:
              4 large eggs
              1.5c half and half
1lb ripe Brie (including rind) at room temperature
              1/8t salt

              Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Separate the eggs. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks with the half and half. Chop the cheese in the work-bowl of a food processor until you have a paste. Add the creamy yolks and combine thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the mixing bowl and stir in the salt and pepper.
Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff and stir 1/3 of them into the cheese mixture. Fold in the remainder with a rubber spatula.
Pour the custard into an 8-inch quiche pan and grind a little more pepper on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Serve at room temperature.

              My notes:
Since I don’t own a food processor, using a blender works, cut the brie into chunks, then put in the blender with the half and half.
I don’t own a quiche pan either, 2 large tart pans worked well though.
Even though the recipe doesn’t say it, I suggest using non-stick whatever on the pans.

Its like half cream and half milk I think. Not as thick as cream nor as thin as milk.

Thanks to Richt, I made my first mixed grill on Big George, o my it was absolutely delicious. Steak, chicken, sausage, bacon and gammon with ratatouille beg.

And before I'm asked- Ratatouille is a traditional French Provençal stewed vegetable dish which can be served as a meal on its own (accompanied by rice, potatoes, or simply French bread), or as a side dish. Tomatoes are a key ingredient, with onions, zucchini (courgettes), eggplant (aubergine), bell peppers, a little herbs de provence, and sometimes basil. All the ingredients are sautéed in olive oil.
                          And here's my dins-

Exactly. It's sold in the dairy case, with the milk, usually near the heavy cream.

Split chicken breasts - I keep the bone and skin, thank you. Seared the skin side then popped all of them into a lrage iron pot. Covered it with sauteed onions and baked for 55 minutes at 350F.
