I never knew about the yeast test hmmmmm...u learn somethin new everyday.
Well I'm not giving up I started looking through my work out tapes and found my Joyce Vedral she's pretty good I have a lot of hers but I get bored easy,I also have my Billy Banks taebo 8 minute workout so if I combine them then treadmill it maybe I'll see some kind of result.You'd think with all the steps I put in I'd see something but my body is so used to it,it's normal for me to put in 13-17,000 a day..what the heck do I have to do though geezzz!!! I think I'll go try my ab machine thingy I bought last summer..does praying help the abs..lol...
Mel...I'm the same way with the weekend eating, I could care less about food. All I want is my coffee, light and 1 splenda and I'm cool!!!

I didn't binge myself sick, but I'm still disappointed in myself. I have that enough-is-enough feeling. I think that I'll be able to stay strong now. I'm getting in that phase where I realize that the carbage isn't as good as I think its going to be and theres no sense in eating it. That I want to be thin more than I want to eat junk. The funny thing was right before he asked me to make them, I was craving my dinner salad.
Ah well, we live and learn...time to do it right! Hope you guys are doing well!


Just pace yourself and switch your routines up so they don't become boring to you... You will find out that you actually feel better and are more active because of exercising and trust me its one of the best stress relievers I have found.
I understand completely how you feel.You know just a kind word some inspiration goes a long way.I look forward to coming online and reading everyones progress or an atta girl /atta boy..makes you feel good.. I have closer friends I've met on line than I have in my personal life.I don't know if thats sad or I'm just a weirdo...I'm just starting to hopefully make some friends here, give a good shove ( I mean a push in the right direction) when someone needs it..lol..just a little humor sorry...
