    OK! I need some advice here. I weighed myself this morning and I am up 6 pounds. I don't understand it. I have not cheated.. I have worked out every day. I am drinking tons of water and this.. I am freaking out. I mean come on.. I am stuck at the same weight forever and then BAM! 6 pound gain?? What the heck??

      Mim - thats funny you said this (okay not really but strange) as Friday I gained 5 lbs overnight (the same 5 pounds that it took me 5 weeks to lose!!!)... I know it wasn't TOM as he was on his way out... I know that realistically it is impossible to gain 5 lbs of fat overnight so there is something else at foot here... I like you just wished the heck I knew what it was.... Water consumption same as it always is ~ it's got to have something to do with all the exercising and building muscle there is nothing else that I can think of to cause this.... I WAS so frustrated that Saturday I did cheat & cheated big time ~ the only good news is that I burned massive calories that day and it didn't cause me to put on any additional weight.. UHHHHH! I feel your pain my friend

        I swear.. All of this hard work and I am gaining weight. Maybe muscle?? I am doing the "Firm" and I lift 5 pound weights everyday. I don't think I would gain that much muscle in a few days. It will be 4 weeks on Sunday and I am right back where I started. TOM is next week for me so maybe I am retaining water already?? All I know is that it really sucks. What can I do?? It is weird that we are having the same things happen to us. Well, Mellany Let's stick to together and get through this set back.

          Just wanted you guys to know that I haven't abandoned this thread! I have a bit of a sinus infection and its making me blah. Takes me all day to get my work done up and then by the time I'm done, I'm ready for bed. Heres to hoping that we all get a whooshie soon (Seems like everyone is waiting for one these days. Maybe the whooshie fairy went on vacation? )!

              Glad you havent abandoned us, but sorry your are sick ~ and the Wooshie Fairy has been on vacation FAR to long and needs to get off her butt and get back to work soon (for all our sakes )

                Sorry haven't posted lately, super busy at work and having to work lots of overtime lately. Just wanted to stop by and wish everyone WOOSHIES for the day! When I get a chance I will write more and update everyone on whats going on

                  Hi Guys

                  I just got out of a 3 week stall by going back to OWL rung 1 and reduced cream and cheese to induction levels.

                  I lost 2 pounds this morning after 2 days on the new plan.

                  I hope your scales start moving soon. It is disheartening when they stick x

                    Hey guys...

                    I am still stalled and becoming very discouraged. I started taking supplements yesterday in hope that it would bring on a whoosh. I am going to weigh in tomorrow and measure. I continue to workout everyday and stay strict on induction. I will check back in tomorrow..
