  • Raw Cream?

    I want to try raw cream but is it the same as heavy whipping cream, half and half or more like butter milk? Help, I'm lost!

      Yeah, I am really lucky to be able to get it. Do you know if it counts as the heavy whipping cream count or as rung 2 dairy.

        I am not sure, but it sounds like it is the same as whipping cream just not pasterized and processed. If it were me, I would count it as if it were whipping cream.
