Thanks all. And I'm sorry about the confusing post. I was just updating the post with my latest situation - not saying anything was wrong. Maintenance is fine for now. All is great!

I have tremendous respect for how far you have come since you first started this thread. You were ready to throw in the towel, but took the higher road of listening to advice and correcting what you needed to correct to keep going forward towards success. Keep up the good work and you will be at goal in no time.

I didn't find your post confusing, gillart.
And I can only second what Sunny has just said.

Funny thing? I still can't get my ticker to show! The "create a ticker" area says to cut and paste the below but it doesn't say where to paste it.

Hi. Not sure if anyone still checks in on this thread since I started it 9 months ago. For the last few months I've been off the diet and have gained back about 10 pounds. I'm still down about 10lbs. from where I started, but I just don't feel nearly as good. It's so hard to make this a lifestyle change. But I have to try again before I gain ALL the weight back. Hoep YOU are doing well.

We're here if you need a helping hand... mostly, the difficulty is in hopping back on the wagon... once you've made the "hop", it's plain sailing. Just take the plunge and as you begin to feel better and slimmer, the good feeling will keep you with us.
Failing that, we can get out the superglue!
