    This really makes sense, measure now until I get to the point that I can figure it out for myself...that may take a while expecially going into OWL, I think I will be very careful and put everything in fitday for that.

    Now, how much did you guys lose in OWL? Did you lose the majority of your weight there? How long did you stay in induction (I will only do it 14 days...) and what should I expect in the beginning.
