    Goodmorning buddies..Well by how the time is flying by today is day 6 and I am still on plan..I even got a (small) on my keto stix last night..first time since i started those wee things changed at all.
    I didn't get all my 10000 steps in yesterday, only 7560. Do you suppose I could use rollover miles from those two days of 15000 and 18000..aww come on my phone does it
    Well I am just going to have to do better today so I am heading off for a long walk to the ocean and around the state park ...talk later Hilda

      Hey buddies Im feeling great and back to normal thanks to all of you for your support.
      Hi Focus I hope you restarted fresh like me well we will do the diet together and support eachother you just be stronger this time.
      Hi Hilda We all have days when we do more exercise someday and less others so its ok I have to ay your doing great counting your steps and keeping track this will help you achieve success.
      Hi norman Im so very glad you joined our buddie group its nice to have different views especially a male point of view.Thanks for your support and concern when I was ill shows your such a caring person.

          Sham thanks for the encouragement. I did go and do the walk after all today and as of right now I am just over 10900 steps with a couple of hours to go before bed. However i have such a blister on the bottom of my foot(there was a pebble or something in my shoe I guess). I will take it easy tomorrow as I usually take Sunday off for my self.
          It is so warm here today and of course we have no airconditioning. oH well I will survive..lol
          Not hungry today so did not get a lot of caloried in..Maybe I can have something else...a revelution roll with some cream cheese and a tsp of Waldens Jelly( no real fruit in it) I don't mind the taste and with the cream cheese it is pretty good.

            Hello Buddies!

            I am tired, tired, tired. Got home at 3:30am..very long day but soooo much fun! I am happy because I did well with my eating. I had a salad and who knows what was in the dressing but in the big scheme of things..not bad. I drank more coffee than usual and had 2 diet cokes. Again, nothing awful in the big scheme of things (definitely could have been worse).

            I hurt my arm because I fell at the concert. No, I wasn't in the mosh pits ...I had gone to get a drink and was trying to get back to my son and tripped. Ouch!

            Anyhoo...I have never made revolutionary rolls. I have wondered about those.

              HI buddys well I had a real bad craving for pizza today..my big downfall as it is the crust I love so much. I was so close to going and picking one up for lunch..i would only have one piece of it...yeah right!!! so i did the next best thing..i mixed one egg with 2 oz of shredded cheese and poured it on a pizza pan and baked it til it was a little brown. Then I added one Tbsp pasta sauce,7 little pepperoni,3 olives diced,1 Tbsp of chopped greenpeppers,2 tsp of onions diced,2oz of mushrooms already cooked and 1 Tbsp of Feta cheese, re baked it all till it was hot and then sat down and ate the whole thing..It made about a 8 in size pizza and very filling. The craving for pizza is gone and i am still on plan..just no induction friendly cheese cake tonight as I have used my allotment of cheese for the day. Of course I will probably have some wate retention from the salt in the cheese but better than devouring a real pizza..

              I made some popsicles with crystal light so I can have one of those for dessert tonight.

              Please if you see anything wrong about this pizza please let me know so I won't repeat it..thanks

                buddygirl great recipe, im definitely going to give that a try next time im craving pizza thanks for sharing.

                Sham ive only just restarting induction today (dont kill me) sundays are the worst for me, i didnt eat bread or anything but did have some nuts (they are my weakness) :S anyway today is day 1! feeling very confident when its a work day.

                  Well Buddies I did it..5.6 pounds lost the first week. I now am at 182.8 this morning and feel great. No inches off my waist yet but my clothes feel better so it can't be all bad there either. All my fat seems to be between my boobs and my hips.
                  Well off to get a nice healthy breakfast and a couple of glasses of water to start my day off right...

                  Focus83: That pizza was fantastic here is the original recipe.



                  I just made mine with 2 oz of cheese and one egg as I only need a small one. I woudn't want it all the time as the salt content is high therefore I am sure the water retention is as well. but it sure beat sitting there watching every one else have pizza and us not any..I made my hubbys on an 10 nch low carb soft tortilla and he liked it like that so I won't be having to buy a pizza for him either...

                    I was just wondering how you keep track of the water you drink a day. I sure wish Fitday had a wee glass you could just click on and watch it fill up..the old group I belonged to "SparkPeople" had it like that.

                      Before when i was tracking to make sure i drank enough i would just add it onto my fitday intake. As i always drank out of the same size glass it was easy for me to keep track

                      Yesterday was my 1st day back on induction and im so pleased with myself. Felt like i had been good all day and hadnt been deprived of anything. My only weakness is nuts but ive hidden them all away until i reach that rung again.

                      Hope everyone else is having a good day. wonder where sham is and if she is any better?

                        Hi everyone. I hope you are doing well. I actually have to take time off from the board to deal with family stuff. So I won't be able to post as I would like. I know I wasn't posting much recently, but things are a little crazy right now. I'll be back after the summer is over.

                            Im so sorry now im repying on here. Im having a hardtime in uni at the moment. Thank for all your kind messages i have issed you all to.

                            Im no sure what to do regarding atkins. The full fat cream is horrible. I think i need to test a few green/fruit decaf teas.

                            Thanks for all you support. Im gonna shop around first see alternatives can eat to fruit etcand then start again xx

                                Well it is the color of the keto stix..between the small amount and the moderate amount and I am just glad to have those little stix change to some thing other than normal color...
