    How do you figure the dietary fiber?? I don't see that on FitDay....

      to get fitday to display the fiber carbs so you can deduct them yourself you have to have set a goal for fiber.

      to do this click on the link 'Set a nutrition goal' on the foods page (on the left and down a bit) and then select 'dietary fiber' from the dropdown list next to the button called Add goal for nutrient'. Once you have set a goal (any number greater than one) fitday will show the fiber grams.

          I set my goal as 1... it doesn't matter what number you set it at, as long as you set a goal. So I set mine at 1, just to get Fitday to count the fiber for me. Then, it will list fiber along with the numbers for calories, fat, carbs, and protein. All you have to do is subtract the fiber from the carbs, and you get net carbs.
