    Here is the one I use
    Microwave Almond Bread
    Suitable for OWL rung 3

    Ingredients
    1 oz butter
    2 eggs
    salt
    baking soda
    100 g almond flour
    cream if needed

    Method
    Melt butter in a mixing bowl add to it 2 eggs and a little salt and baking soda.
    Mix in almond flour. Add a litle cream if mixture too stiff.
    Butter a container, put mixture in it and nuke for about 1 min or until it has risen.

      100 grams of flour = 7/8 cup for those in the US

          All nuts are added in 1 oz amounts (except cashews which are added in 1/2 oz), not 5 net carbs. So you can have 1 oz of almond flour.
