Well I have been following a more High Fiber diet this past week or so and to be honest, I miss Atkins
. I feel much better but I have been more focused on getting enough fiber then on how many carbs I am eating and the extra carbs are making me bloat.
As of this morning I was 161.7...three pounds (almost 4) of bloat and I can feel it. So now I am ready to get back into the game...but I still need more fiber. I have experimented and 30-35g of fiber works just as good at 40-50g to me, so my question is...What foods should I eat to be able to reach my fiber goal of 35g with out going over my CCLL of 40?
I have a fiber supplement that are 5/6g per tbs. I can have up to 3 tbs a day, but I usually do 2 tbs. So that is at least 10g right there...
Any help is appreciated.
