Try pumpkin. Really great stuff - I like it mixed with some cream cheese and spices and maybe a drop of splenda. You can of course have a bit of fruit later on when you climb the ladder.
If you super miss banana perhaps some banana extract?

Well, it depends on what a "serving" is.

And you can look up the carbs in cream here:

Of course, using cream from a carton that you whip yourself is better, in my opinion, that using anything out of a can ... far less chemicals ... and cream by itself is sweet enough. No need for extra sweetener.
my mom used to make it and there were splatters of cream on the walls, the floor, the counters....it was royal mess and i kept sneaking to the fridge to take spoonfuls. i find when its in a can i can more easily measure . by a serving i mean 2-3 tbs. thanks for the link.

i just made jicama chips.....who needs sweet potato. yum!

              <<by a serving i mean 2-3 tbs.<<

That may not be what a serving is though.

If your mother got whipped cream all over the walls, that doesn't mean you would.

And I've been making whipped cream from "real" cream my whole life, and I've never splattered the walls.

You have to use a big enough bowl.

                >>the link only gives total>>

                It also gives fiber.

So once you know total carbs and fiber, you know the net carbs.

You did read about "the carbs that count" in your copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002), didn't you?

i did, but i didnt see the fiber posted on that website until you pointed it out, since it wasn't broken down under the carb listing like it is on most paper labels. thanks for pointing it out to me.

Fried radishes are the BOMB! Love 'em, love 'em, love 'em... I grate mine and make them like hash browns to go with my eggs and bacon in the morning. mmmmmmmmmm

Ditto for turnip fries with a hamburger patty. Uh-huh that's good eats.

Back to the Taster's Choice instant coffees

I checked various post on the boards and although the Tasters Choice instant coffees have maltodextrine and Ace-F they are not considered bad for induction. But I guess it depends on the person and the reaction from the substances. Malto is found in Splenda and we are allowed that.

Here is the link to the coffee ingredients: NESCAFE TASTERS CHOICE - Products - Vanilla

0 carbs, 0 sugars. But then Malto and Ace-F are "sugars" of sorts. I think I am just trying to talk myself into it.
