Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Re: Confess did you cheat yesterday for xmas?

I set aside Christmas Eve and my birthday as days that I will eat whatever I want. Fortunately, that means a slice of cake in June, and some homemade cookies in December. Those are what I want.
I do not use these days as an excuse to cram in every carby food that comes my way. I did do that at my birthday many years ago, and got sick to my stomach.

I had a few cookies and a homemade tamale this year. They were delicious. I also walked 2 miles every day during vacation, so it didn't even show a blip on the scale.
