>>i know that but if im not losing on induction when ketosis is at its peak what chance have i on owl>>
Don't be relying so much on "ketosis at it's peak". You'll still be in ketosis on OWL.
I believe your body has gotten all it can out of Induction. People who stay on Induction too long very often end up failing ... because they can't believe that adding more food and net carbs is what their body needs and wants.
There's lots of topics here recently by people who were afraid to move to OWL, and when they did, their weigh loss resumed.
You can stay on Induction if you want. I suspect you'll get the same results you're getting right now.
Do you really think that an extra 5 net carbs of Induction vegetables is going to ruin your weight loss?
How will you get to Maintenance if you don't do OWL?
>>are you not suppose to move on when you have say eg - 1 - 2 stone left>>
Absolutely not.

thanks for the info on the no tuna muffin that no in the name made me think it was some fake fish food.
In DANDR when Dr Atkins says it is unusual to not lose on 14 day induction eating he is talking about folk who were not on any weight loss diet before they started his plan. Not folk doing extended induction.
take your measurements cause you will see body fat being shed even when your sclaes don't validate the work you are doing. The human body resists collapsing inward upon itself by adding fluid molecules to the places fat molecules are being removed from. This will cause a stoppage in scale weight loss but not tape measure losses because the fluids are denser molecules then the fluffy body fat molecules so they may weight the same but they are smaller in size.
At some point you will exceed the biochem interferrence your body will tolerate for that added fluid and generate a chemical that will flush the fluids from your bdoy and overnight you will see a scale weight loss out of proportion to what you were doing the day before. Atkinseers call that a visit from WHOOSHIE. then the cycle repleats you lose inches but not scale weight, a sudden scale weight loss and then again no scale but inches all the way to goal weight. that is why Dr Atkins defined a stall as 4 weeks of no scale weight loss NOR inches lost.
Hang in there.
Use the free online fitday.com site and you can plug your vits and supplements in too as custom foods see if you are getting enough. being low in something like calcium can slam your weight loss to a stop until it is corrected.
DId you see your doc before you started for the Dr Atkins recommneded blood work to be sure you don't have any medical reasons you are not losing.
Thanks - 2big that makes sense because i do actually feel like clothes are fitting better although the scales havent moved - i didnt see the doctor although i have had my thyroid tested and all is good - sorry for the confusion with muffin when i said
