Hi, So far Ive been successful retricting/counting calories, but I just dont think I can do it anymore. Im so tired of counting & measuring.
Its been a great two months of steady weight loss & Im finally under 200 lbs. My friends & family are advising me not to switch to Atkins because Im having success through calorie counting.
Ive lost 23 pounds so far by restricting calories. Im averaging a 2 pound loss per week, but Im really intrigued by the Atkins diet & success stories. If I can get through induction, I know I can eat this way.
My calories are currently at 1350 per day & Im starving. As my weight has dropped so have my calories & Im getting to the point where Im really hungry during the day. I exercise a little but not enough to eat whatever I want at this point.
