I can't seem to lose that tired feeling. At first I thought it was the double whammy of dieting and caffine withdrawl. I'm on day 28 and figured my body would be adjusting to the changes by now.
I'm curious if anyone experienced this when you started Atkins and what you did to re-gain your energy. I'd love to hear from newbies and veterans. Thanks, in advance, for sharing!
[As a reference point, I feel like I'm losing at a reasonable rate (ie not too fast) - I supplement with vitamins - I'm good about watching the ratio of fat, protein, carbs (love Fitday) - however . . . I know that I can increase water.
