    Hey - thanks to everyone for your excellent suggestions and genuine well wishes.

    It's been a while since I've visited ADBB, but I've been doing well on the diet. Slow and steady weight loss, 22 pounds.

    After visiting my doctor, I found out that I need a multi vitamin with iron supplement. After two weeks, I started to gain my energy back.

    Interestingly, he said that it was likely not a side affect of the diet (which of course was my first thought), but a cumulative longer term deficiency.

    TMI - for sure, but I wanted to share my progress and thank everyone who responded!



    Diet Reminder: It's a marathon, not a sprint. It took a long time to gain the weight, it'll take some time to loose it. Stay strong.
