Your eating sounds more like rung 3 since you are including nuts. Owl rung 4 includes berries so you could move to it if you are really missing them. They taste amazing after not having them for so long.

I haven't lost weight in almost 3 days.. and I am about to push that panic button....I don't lose inches that fast either....but it's just me and my habit of being impatient.. I couldnt imagine not losing anything for 1 month....Good luck hope the pounds start melting off...
Hi I have tryed that fitday thing. But I dont really know how to use it. How many carb and calories must I have daily then ? I am a bit confused. It has been so easy this Atkins diet and It has been such a succes. However it suddenly seem to be ever so complicated. I am a bit lost. I am not the type that can count every calorie etc. hence the reason why arkins has been so good for me. Anyway if I know the numbers...then I can try to use that page and check every day

Well I ma quite patient actually and have been throgh weight stalling periods before on this diet. But not for this long....:-(. I just refuse to give up Hang in there ! As some other kind spirit on this thread reminded me of..this is for life and not a diet. XXX
