I'm a little torn over what my weight loss goals should be. Even though I am only really focusing on 10 pounds at a time right now, its still good to have an overall weight loss goal. I'd like to get down to 150 pounds, but I haven't weighed that much since I was a sophomore in high school. I am almost 5'8 (5'7.75") and definitely have a large frame. While discussing my weight loss goals with my mother, she reminded me that the last time I managed to get anywhere close to 150 pounds, my bones were sticking out and I looked rather sickly.
I've done research online, and so far, the "healthy" weight range for someone with my height and frame would be between 158-173 pounds. Does this sound right?
