Alrighty, I was looking it up as you posted on their website........large SIGH.....but seriously, these stupid food fillers does not help Americans and their waist lines.

I will keep the McD's to a minimum as usual. Anyone know if cruise ships use real eggs? I will be waking up 4 mornings getting a breakfast on a cruise ship.

In Bremen, it would take me longer to find a fast food than to pack some food before going out the door... so I pack food if I know I'll be travelling... and I plan in such a way that I have enough food until I'm able to find a place where I can get good food... whether this place is a restaurant or a grocery store.

I know I am new to Atkins but since I have started I have called quite a few restuarants and spoken to the kitchen manager so I could know exactly what was in the meat they were serving and they have all been very polite and upfront with me.

I think if you called the cruise service they would get back to you promptly with the information. Most understand dietary concerns and would want to alleviate any issues promptly.

I went on this cruise line before and remembered an omelet station. I need to call them to ensure they use fresh eggs. Just too busy typing here to call
