    Re-started Atkins: Feb 2010 * 290 lbs

    Get blood sugars to normal and under control. April 18, 2010 (1st time EVER w/o the help of Insulin!)

      I know I can never be skinny or thin, I just don't have the body type. I am smaller than I was before though. Everyone says so, even my ex husband(we are good friends) smaller is good, I will take that.
      35, 5'10 1/2
      start weight 280
      lost 65 pounds
      goal weight 190, for now
      I will see if I need a new goal after that one
      25 pounds to go!
      I love my water!

        I liked this thread I started. It definetly makes you look at yourself and how others see you.
