    Didn't have time to report in last night but I did half an hour running with the fam yesterday evening (well, I ran and they walked while I kept looping back.)

        thank ya thank ya, saty, but you guys did the hardest work. you all got busy with biking, walking, treadmilling and so on and really made the challenge a success! i look forward to doing this again in September!

            cjb, i know i don't have to worry about you getting your exercise in. i know you will want to continue to be a good example to the members who struggle with it. RIGHT?

            i hope what this challenge has done for us is this:
            1. the ones that are exercising regularly, have a renewed commitment to keep on with things and
            2. that new members who aren't doing anything got a taste of what accomplishing a goal and earning an award can do to lift your spirits and help motivate you.

            there are so many challenges to choose from and from the looks of things, the treadmillers need to start a challenge of their own!
            sign up for the 6 WEC will probably be posted next week and that's a perfect opportunity to commit to regular exercise. you will absolutely be surprised at how fast 6 weeks will fly by!
            those of you that used the stairstepper, you'd be more than welcome to join the Pledging Flights challenge. it's open to anyone, anytime and you can work at your own pace.
            the walkers, bike riders and the runners have the mileage challenge available right now! it doesn't matter if it is mid- march. join it! commit to some miles now that you have this challenge done!

                a little confused, are we pledging for 20 minutes a day or just for one day?
                If it's just one day...I"M THERE!!! 20 minutes on the stationary bike this am..if it's for the month..I've been a little slacker.

                  2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
                  but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                        A day late and a dollar short. I didn't feel well yesterday at all! I did 40 minutes straight today on treadmill, March 13th to make up for it. YEAH to everyone who completed yesterday!!

                            Hi guys! Sorry I am late in reporting... but I did 30 minutes on the elliptical last night and I felt great!! Also fit in my ab workout as well!

                                as i sit and look at totals, i have to say i am absolutely IMPRESSED!

                                we had 74 challengers.
                                54, so far, have reported and earned the award.
                                2 have posted, so far, that they failed to do anything yesterday.
                                18 have yet to post.

                                that's pretty good percentages in my book!
