I have a slight problem. The 12th of March is a monday, the day before I am doing a half marathong. So my legs arent likely to be able to move properly the next day. (if you know what I mean). I am unlikely to be able to run at 11kph for 20 minutes. May I change my commitment?
I commit to riding the stationary bike for 40 minutes. (thus doubling the time).
