NO!! lol...however it was so hot here yesterday 38 degrees with high humidity(not sure what that is in celcius) but its hot, and it was predicted for the same today, so I went early.

      Anyway I live in a hilly area so I did a good workout and feel really good.Might do it this early again

        OK, all done here as well - not as early as the Ozzie, but I did the Kiwi's proud!

        20 Min on the treadmill, walking at 3.5mph on a 5 degree incline.

        That was fairly hard work, but I decided THIS IS A CHALLENGE - SO LIVE UP TO IT!!!!!

        I know some of you can most probably run Mt Everest up & down just before breakfast, but this was the best I had to give, Mt Everest will just have to wait a while!

          You definetly did the kiwis proud, and the only reason i was up so early was it was 104 here today and yesterday, which is 39 degrees here, so rather than not do it, i did it early.Nice to know there are kiwis on here as well

                Ok...did my 20 mins step in place of morning workout... and with it 65 flights for the flights challenge... then, as I couldn't bear to be so near the top of Mont Blanc, I did a few more flights and made it to the top!!! Finally!
                Thanks jimmie for this challenge... it got me to the peak!

                          i got my 20 solid minutes of biking and added another 10 minutes. i don't think i've exercised before 10 a.m.

                            I did it!

                            I went for a 4 miles walk this morning! I did 150 crunches, 100 push ups, and I am ready to play with my daughter outside (supposed to be in the 70's today) after work!!!!

                            The walk was for 50 minutes straight at a pretty brisk pace.
