    I also learned JImmie that I was supposed to be having at least 17 net carbs from VEges a day -- didnt know that -- and I am a VEGE LOVER! hahha - fancy flunking the vege challenge --- (crawling off to hide in my cabbage patch ...Muttering -- didnt like cauliflowers anyway -- okay that was A Fib -- Donna Loves Cauliflower !)

          hi jimmie my sunday was a grand total of 20g net.
          I can't thankyou enough for this challenge, it opened my eyes to a lot of things! lol it's all good Mind you, I am sick of cabbage now, I overdosed on it lolol

                Hey, Scoot! I know you're busy and probably didn't get to read every post in this thread, but at one time someone posted a decimal for a net carb count, and was told that they could round up when the amount was over .5 - you really should have done that, buddy! I mean really... .35 short?!?!

                  For doing so well last week, I totally FELL ON MY FACE during the weekend. So, I didn't earn my cauliflower head.

                  Things I learned in this challenge, particularly from the days I fell on my face..
                  1) On the weekends, I don't get enough veggies.
                  2) When I don't "fill up" on veggies, I overeat the allowed foods.
                  3) On the weekends when I am in social situations, I tend to pick inappropriate OWL foods to "snack" on. I need to be "snacking" on veggies.
                  4) On the weekends in particular, I need to prepare veggie trays for snacking.

                  I need the veggie accountability I think for a COUPLE weeks. To try to get through the weekends and learn how to appropriately eat. You'd think after being on this plan for a year, I'd be better at this....but I'm not. And THAT was probably the point of this challenge!!!

                    yes yes i know, you see 385 in mine BUT all of my stuff is combined into one picture. so i only have 2 things in my siggy. the awards picture and the passport.

                    Thanks for the info, Jimmie. When I have a little time later, I will see what I can do in my siggie - I want my cauli-head! (This will be an adventure as I have no idea how to combine things; guess I will just take some stuff out.)

                      i was the one that said it. rounding up or down was going to be fine with me but the ones posting .something kept posting them so i put 'em on the chart just like they were posted.

                      this was a learning experience for the moderators too. we hadn't done this before and some things will get tweeked for the next challenge.

                        there were many points and reasons for doing this challenge. the things you learned and stated above were just some of the reasons for doing this.

                            Mitzi Marie - Awwww Thank you, you're always looking out for me!!

                            Secondly, it's really okay. I just found this particular challenge to be an eye opener. I never realized how hard it was to get in 17 - 20 carbs of veggies every day keep up the variety!!! This kind of let me know that I'm probably over doing it on portion control (meats and proteins) instead of filling up on my veggies! Very interesting. I'll be grilling lots of veggies this summer it appears...

                            To the moderators: THANK YOU!! This was really fun. I personally am up for the next one!!! Thanks again.

                              Yes...this was a real eye opener for me as well. I'm one of those folks who never quite did Atkins properly (all veggies off of the salad list for years and years, never moved up the rungs) and this challenge has let me put my best foot forward!

                                Could someone post an induction friendly (3 cups of veggies per day) menu that includes 12 to 15 carbs of veggies??

                                I've been on this WOE a total of 4 mo. and don't think I've ever hit that amount. Wondering what I need to be eating for veggies!!
