If you've been on this WOE for 4 months you should be eating alot more than 12-15 veggie carbs by now! You can find a whole list of veggies and their carbs in the book too, and other places on the board.
I haven't had dinner yet, but so far what I ate today = 9 carbs:
2 black olives - 0 carbs
1/2 an avacado = 6 carbs and I rarely eat a 1/2 but it was gooooood and helped bump my veg carbs up
1 small plum tomato = 3 carbs
here are some other samples:
2 cups mixed salad greeds = 3 carbs
1/4 cup red bell pepper = 2 carbs
2 large radishes = 2 carbs
1/4 cup celery = 1 carb
