      This is for everyone, particularly Sherri. This plant came from seeds thrown in the yard. There was only 1 squash on it for the longest time, but now I see a bunch of them! I believe they're ...spaghetti squash! I hope they continue to do well.

        That's great Silly! Or might I say Mrs. Green thumbs,hehe. What a beautiful plant. Fertilize it now while it's blooming and the new squash are coming on, too cool Silly.

          Again 20 net veggie carbs for me today.

          1 cup pumpkin
          1.5 cup spaghetti squash
          3 cups of mixed salad

            1.5 cups celery = 4 carbs
            2 cups lettuce = 2 carbs

            8 grape tomatoes = 4 carbs
            Faux mashed potatoes (cauliflower -new veggie of the week) = 2 carbs
            1/2 cup green beans = 3 carbs
            1 cup cucumber = 3 carbs
            Broccoli quiche (?)
            *GRAND TOTAL = 18 carbs (sans the broccoli quiche)

                  Hi, there

                  For breakfast, I had .88 cups of pumpkin. ( - Silly)

                  At lunch, I tried a new veggie - zucchini! I sliced it, dipped it in egg, then dipped it in fresh grated parmesan cheese, and fried it. Very good.

                  For Snacks, I had a serving of sugar snap peas and a cup of jicama.

                  At dinner, I had a whole small tomato, a whole small cucumber, and a whole small avocado.

                  Total Net Veggie Carbs for today.... 30

                            1 teaspoon chives

                            Butter and season the cauliflower. Place in an individual-serving baking dish, then top with cheese. Microwave or broil until cheese is melted. Top with ranch dressing, bacon and chives.

                            Makes 1 serving Per Serving: 290 Calories; 25g Fat; 12g Protein; 6g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 3g Net Carbs
                            Those look AWESOME! I'm gonna make those tomorrow because oddly enough I have all those ingredients in my house right now!

                              Get up a wee bit early and make yourself a big ol' VEGGIE omelette with high carb veggies like onions and tomatoes and add a couple more like green peppers and mushrooms. That way you can get a bulk of them right off the bat and not have to cart a whole farmers market with you on the band bus.
