      there are so many of you! hope i didn't miss anyone. please note, as per the challenge 'rules', there is no need to sign up so if someone is lookinging and just decides to add minutes on friday that is perfectly fine. i will send a reminder to anyone who has posted in this thread so far.... providing i didn't miss anyone.

            Well, I'm new here so I don't quite understand...do I make a commitment to exercise tomorrow? If so, I will dust off the total gym and work out for 30 minutes!

              I am in on this challenge. It should be too hard to get the minutes as my 8 year old daughter is begging me to go on a bike ride with her.

                  what we want is for you to exercise tomorrow and instead of posting those minutes in any other challenge, post them here. we're trying to get 2000 minutes of exercise accumulated for ATKINSNATION.

                  donatable time must be at least 10 minutes but the sky's the limit on the upper end. make sure you come post the amount of donated minutes on friday, saturday or even sunday. awards will be given out to any and all donators [providing the donations are at least 10 minutes].

                      OK, count me in - I've already committed to starting my cycling tomorrow, so it will have to be something else. Does digging the garden and planting a hedge count? I was going to leave it 'til after the weekend, but if it will count I'll do it tomorrow instead. If not I will have to think of something else

                        pat, i'll let it count. this kind of thing can be used in the PRESIDENTIAL CHALLENGE and also in the 6 WEEK EXCERCISE CHALLENGE. so it's good enough for here!

                            now i'll let you know..... i have a chance to see some dear friends tomorrow night and saturday morning before they travel back south. i'll be here for just a short time in the morning, before and after my treatment, and i'll post my minutes sometime on saturday when we return.
