      I still had energy to burn after I got off work, but it was too hot to work in the garden until the sun went down a bit. I've got 120 minutes to donate of profuse sweat generated from weeding the garden, mowing, and hauling the grass clippings from the mower to the compost pit and back to the mower again (repeat until lawn all mowed). Now I'm pooped!
      HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
      Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

        Ok...log me in for 2 miles at the track...took me about 45 minutes!
        Aaaahhhh.....a day at the beach!

              I donate my 30 min of swimming - reestyle, back strokes, doggy paddling This was on top of my normal hour in the pool with the kids.

                Hello,

                I didn't swim yesterday at the beach because it was freezing and the tide was far out, but I walked briskly on the beach for 30 minutes - so I'd like to donate that too.

                        I went to the hydroplane races in Seattle yesterday and did at LEAST an hour of walking - probably more, but I'll just pledge the hour as that's the part I'm the most sure of
