        Re: ATKINSNATION Celebration Challenge

Hi Ms Jimmie. I did my outdoor walking this morning. That was just for the extra exercise I promised. I still need to do my regular workout.

        Good luck!

                Reporting in for Atkinsnation!!!

I'm with Bio in our C25K quest....I'm not sure how to share the minutes either.

                So.....

                C25K I got in 30 minutes but I did an extra 15 minutes.....either a total of 45 minutes or 15, your call.

Wish I could have done more, but my body wouldn't go any further today! I hope what ever mite I have to offer helps

                  Re: ATKINSNATION Celebration Challenge

For the first time in ages, I got up and did my walk outside before breakfast! I felt really good after! Sooooo...

                  30 minutes - walk outside
15 minutes - the DREADED floor exercises
                  30 minutes - weight training
25 minutes - recumbent stepper (with the tension cranked up!)
100 minutes total donated to AtkinsNation!

Now my legs feel like jello

                  Sunny!

I got up did a few laps around the lake - 30 min
Rented a bike and rode with the family - 50 min (this should count double, I am still shaking all over)
Went canoeing for 30 minutes..but I am only counting 15 because I was only rowing part of the time.

So - total 95 minutes for ATKINSNATION Celebration Challenge.

Wow - you have all been busy

I only managed 30 minutes weights plus 12 minutes swimming tonight, and am donating those 42 minutes to Atkinsnation.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
