Yeah, I've been doing (please don't laugh) the old 1982 Jane Fonda workout, and I really think that's what's doing it because during the aerobics. There's a section that you keep your arms up at shoulder height and do circles, and raises and stuff like that. But it's really fast, repetitive movements, and I think that most of the workout goes directly against what exercise science says is best for your body. It's just so fun, it's really the only exercise that I can get excited about doing (maybe because it keeps me laughing for 1/2 hour straight.

      Anyway....
I haven't weighed on the 14th, 15th, or today! It's becoming less difficult to ignore the scale this week.

As far as I understand.. the Weigh? No Way! Challenge is to see if you're able to go 2 weeks without weighing yourself, with the EXCEPTION of being allowed to step on it September 13th & September 20th (if you don't wish to weigh at all during the challenge - you don't have to) BUT you must not step on the scale any other day during the course of this challenge.

Then if I recall right? We post one last time on September 21st & then collect our awards on September 22nd.

I hope that's correct. *thinks to herself* ... **Don't worry, if it's not right Jo will set you straight right quick!**

Well, I tried to stay scale free another week. Really, I did. But I'm out. I overate on some homemade chili last night and woke up to a habit of weighing in. It was a great shot at it for 2 weeks! But hey! I made it one out of the two weeks!
