      I went to a doctor appointment and did not remind him to weigh me when his nurse forgot so I am still scale free! I am feeling like I may have gained. I have had no cheats but you know how you just feel <bigger>. I am not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow

                I'm still scale-free as well, but I would rather weigh every 2 weeks than 1. I don't want to get discouraged - I know ME too well. I'll weigh next Saturday....unless I am messed up and tomorrow is two weeks?

                  this is the only guideline i am using for days not to weigh. if you don't want to weigh on saturday the 21st then you don't have to. the challenge ends basically today. i'm just waiting for the last of the 'i'm scale free' posts.

                        It's Saturday morning and I'm up SO SO early but it's legal way day and I'm SO happy I chose to today...I was considering skipping it but after having a gain last week due to TOM, I had a FOUR POUND LOSS this week!

                        Thrilled and ready to go another week scale free!!

                          Weigh to go, Kell ... 4 lbs.; that's terrif!

                          I'm relieved ... thought I had hit the wall, but I did lose another pound, making it 17 lbs. down, 30 to go

                            2 lbs down for me this week.

                            Maybe I should have
                            1- brushed out all the lose hairs ( they have weight you know )
                            2- trimmed my hair
                            3- cleaned my ears
                            4- plucked my eyebrows
                            5- trimmed all nails
                            6- shaved my legs ( actually did that last night )
                            7- waited for the bm to happen!

                            LOL just kidding! I'm happy it was a 2 lb loss and not a gain of any kind!

                              Happy Weigh day to all.

                              TOM is still here =( But reguardless I still managed to pull off a 4 lb melt down bringing me down to 208 lbs. Only 9 more lbs until I'm in Wonderland baby!!! This just made my day!!
