Re: Weigh? No Way! Challenge #5
i am so happy for you sugar, Kell, donna, sassy and doodette! not only scale free during the challenge but you worked the plan so well that you saw losses! VERY WELL DONE!!!
i'm axious now to hear how everyone else has done. looks like we'll have approximately 23 to 25 scale free challenges when all is said and done.
i've not weighed yet. i'm waiting till after i brush my hair, shave my legs [and armpits
] and trim my nails.

Weigh to go, everybody....

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

, but had a 5 lb loss last week. I was very exhausted all this week, with all the running around attending several Small Groups less walking, and I thought for sure I lost more. I guess I will be walking a little more in spite of the big blister I had and still healing from it. I know it was from walking inclined and possibly not drinking water during exercise. I'm not complaining, I'm happy with the weight loss. All of you did a great job whether you lost or not. You're still winners!

maybe its water weight?
