LOL just kidding! I'm happy it was a 2 lb loss and not a gain of any kind!

    Happy weighing all
That is hilarious! And, y'know, those little tiny hairs do add up!

Just did my once-a-week weigh-in. Down 1 1/4 pounds. Probably would have been more, but I overdid it on salty foods this week. Beautiful day here, cheers everyone.

Looks like most everybody had a successful week! I'm waiting til next Saturday to weigh because like I said before, I can be easily discouraged by the scale and I'm not going that route again. My clothes are looser and my butt doesn't hang over the bar stool in my kitchen so that puppy is getting smaller! This place is really an inspiration to keep at it!

Well, two weeks without the scale. Frankly I wasn't looking forward to weigh in this week at all as I have been eating a bit too much peanut butter and cheese again this week and not keeping a close eye on carb counts. I expected to gain a pound or two this week and lo and behold I lost one pound! Gotta be appreciative when the scale shows you some love.

Congratulations to all the winners of this challenge!

eric, maybe you didn't overeat as much as you thought? or you were more active and worked off the overindulgence? either way, it is great ....

My scale said ERROR....but then a couple pounds more than last week.
I am not too concerned due to working out all the time with weights, etc.
                  Will keep going.

posting my challenge success - no scale for the challenge period. I weighed this morning and despite TOM's arrival () the scale says I'm down a little over .5lbs...better than up, right?

I may be able to give up the scale...gonna give it a try.

                      Congratulations to all the challengers!

                        - I am looking forward to my GW/GS (goal weight/goal shape if that is a term or I am making it up now lol) and only pulling out the scale infrequently so it always says ERROR the first time I step on it.

                        Have a great day!

Once again, SCALE-FREE, since last midnight. I decoded to go with the 172, after repeated weighs yesterday kept telling me 2 pounds were definately gone, so drop that safety net, cuz by next Saturday the number WILL be lower than 172.

I hope that's an accurate psychic reading, cuz these scales also read ERROR (unless I tap 1st & wait for 00.00 before stepping up to the plate).

I'm scale free today. I think this challenge has really helped me realize it's okay not to have to step on the scale. I think I will continue to weigh in once a week. I'll probably change my weigh in day though.

Well, I guess this is my last post for this challenge. I see some people writing they will continue to post here until next Saturday, is that just a metaphor? Because if you're really going to continue until next week, I like to join you too to help me stay off the scale another week. Everyone has done a wonderful job and CONGRATULATIONS to all of you. You're awesome! Here are some excellent awards for you.
