                cool beans! and this will be your first challenge, if i'm not mistaken. i'm just following you all over the place tonight!

                you'll do fine and at the end, you'll get an award if you stay scale free. refer to the calendar when needed.... now that everyone can see it.

                  tomorrow is the last day for sign up. it's also your weigh day. remember, i don't care about the numbers. i just wanted you to have a day to weigh yourself, to bid sweet parting of your scale, before you took the plunge on sunday.

                          Weighed for the last time this morning and was a bit nervous as I've been in my few days of OWL after NO weight loss for what seems like forever and was pleased to see a 1.4 lb loss! So we'll see where I am again in a week! Goodbye daily weighing! Thanks Jimmie!
