But, alas, dear ATKINSNATION won't make it without our help. Our challenge is to help ATKINSNATION achieve the goal.
This is a ONE DAY CHALLENGE.

This is easy peasy.....

2. There are no upper limits on the amount of minutes you can donate but donations must be at least 10 minutes.
3. Exercise should be ABOVE AND BEYOND what you would count for any other challenge. For example, if suzywantstohelp bikes 15 mintues but counts that towards her Mileage Challenge, it won't count here. If bobbyishelping takes a rest day in the 6 WEC but jogs for 30 minutes [and does not use those minutes for any other challenge], he can donate the 30 minutes to ATKINSNATION. In other words, minutes should be done specifically for ATKINSNATION and for no other reason or purpose.
4. On August 1 and August 2, post your donated minutes in this thread. Sending a pm to the Moderators, the Admins, other members will not work. Posts MUST BE made in this thread to count.
ATKINSNATION has arranged a special award for anybody helping make the pledged minutes. [Quite big of ATKINSNATION since we're doing most of the work] Your special award will be given out on Monday, August 3. You must post the donated minutes in this thread and they must be at least 10 minutes to earn the award.
So, you get to help out a member in need, get some extra exercise in and get a special award for your help.
