                    OK .... Am officially confused = are we not ALL getting more than 10 minds a day of any exwecise at all? So how come this list is so short?

                    OK, I'm in, may not shake out as planned (a common occurrance this summer) but with luck on Aug 1 will get in (estimated here, will post results later) :

                    90 minutes of walking - continuous necessary shopping, minimum.
                    20-120 minutes yard work (already did watering & feeding yesterday)
                    Um,... tend to get invoved unintentionally with extra tasks out there...
                    min. 30 min?? vacuuming, running things up/down stairs, folding laundry & puttting away, making beds, doing dishes....
                    Nuff said - forgive me if I'm a late followup posterr..zzzzzz. (((bed--time---)

                        all i can say about the short list is that not all adbb members are signed up. really, the number we have is a good one for a challenge.
                        as for the 10 minutes, that is the least of minutes that can be donated. if someone donates 9 minutes for the entire day, they will not get the award. but i don't foresee that being the case.
                        btw, you are not late. i suspect one or two might even get in on this today.

                          today is the day! all you need to do is post your exercise minutes. if you do 10 minutes this morning, 45 this afternoon and then 15 later on, you'll be able to post 70 minutes. you can count mowing, running, biking, pilates, stretching, yoga, just about anything that makes you move.

                            I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and I'm afraid that's all I can do for the day because I will be at the sales shed until 9pm. I wish I could do more.

                                I convinced my friends to help me with this, so we went out to play tennis. Then we played some basketball and then we went swimming. All was 3 hours.

                                I'll have to go to the office later this evening and I'll walk instead of taking the subway, so that will probably be another hour or so. I'll post once I'm done with it.

                                Happy Atkins Diet Day, everyone!
